1. Seller and acceptance

Daily Stretch is provided by DailyMotion (the “seller”). You contract with the seller for use of this service. By continuing to use Daily Stretch, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement or have appropriate guardian authorization. Contact: hello@dailymotion.life.

2. Exercise tracking, not medical advice

Daily Stretch organizes your physical therapy exercises, schedules and completion history. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace your therapist. Follow your clinician’s guidance, verify instructions with them and stop exercising if you experience concerning symptoms. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance; maintain a separate copy of essential instructions.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your credentials confidential and account information accurate. Free accounts permit two active exercises; archived exercises do not count. Paid accounts permit three or more. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. When paid access expires, select two active exercises; remaining exercises may be archived without deleting history.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are USD $1.99 monthly or $19.99 every 12 months and renew automatically. Cancel through Manage billing; access continues through the paid period. Access continues during payment retries. A full refund does not shorten the current access period. Billing interval switching is currently unavailable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Live purchases become available once payment provider approval is complete.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security through malware, probing, unauthorized scraping or access. Do not circumvent plan limits, resell the service or reverse engineer it except where law permits. AI imports must not be used for illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to bypass safety safeguards.

6. Your content and AI imports

You retain your rights in uploaded handouts and your exercise data, and must have the right to submit them. You grant the seller a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. The seller does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated exercise drafts; rights in third-party source materials remain with their owners.

AI-extracted instructions can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not suitable for regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. You are responsible for submitted content, verifying outputs and how you use them. Import results remain drafts until you confirm them. Ask your therapist about unclear instructions instead of guessing.

The seller may remove or restrict violating content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse. Rights holders can send complaints and identify allegedly infringing content at hello@dailymotion.life. Repeated infringement may result in termination.

7. Intellectual property and service limits

The seller retains ownership of the service’s software, documentation, branding and other intellectual property, subject to third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury.

8. Suspension, deletion and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment after payment retries, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may export your data before deleting your account. Account deletion removes saved account exercise data and ends account access; future billing must be resolved before deletion. Required payment and legal records may be retained by Paddle. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service before taking effect.
