Controller and contact

DailyMotion is the data controller for personal information processed to operate Daily Stretch. Contact us about privacy at hello@dailymotion.life.

Information and purposes

• Account information: email, account identifier, authentication records and, for social sign-in, information supplied by your chosen identity provider. These establish accounts, authenticate you, support recovery and protect account access. Password authentication is handled by our authentication service.
• Exercise information: exercise names, instructions, sets, repetitions, scheduled days, notes, archived routines and completion history. These provide your schedule, tracking and cross-device saving. They may reveal health information; avoid including unnecessary medical details.
• Uploaded handouts or photos and AI-generated drafts: processed to extract exercise instructions for your review. Confirmed exercises are saved only after your approval.
• Subscription information: provider customer, transaction and subscription references, plan, status and billing-period dates. These verify entitlement, prevent duplicate purchases and manage subscriptions. Paddle processes payment information under its own privacy notice.
• Support correspondence, when you contact us: used to answer requests and resolve account, rights and billing issues.
• Technical information: IP addresses, device/browser information and operational request or error logs may be processed by hosting and service providers for delivery, troubleshooting and security.

Legal bases

We rely on contract performance to provide accounts, routines, requested imports and subscription access; legitimate interests to secure and troubleshoot the service; and legal obligations where records or disclosures are required. Where consent is required, including for processing health information, it must be obtained before that processing, and may be withdrawn by contacting us.

Sharing and processing

Service providers, including Lovable Cloud hosting/authentication and the AI Gateway and its model providers for handout extraction, process information needed to deliver the service. Your chosen social login provider participates in authentication. Paddle receives information needed for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing as Merchant of Record. Information may also be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers, or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your exercise information or use it for marketing in this app.

Retention

Account routines and history are retained while your account is in use unless you delete entries or your account. Offline copies remain in your browser until you clear site data; deleting an account does not erase copies on other devices. We delete or anonymize personal information when no longer needed, subject to legitimate security and legal retention needs. Paddle applies its own record-retention requirements.

Security and your choices

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and account-scoped access controls. No system is completely secure. Keep your account credentials private, particularly on shared devices. You can edit exercises, export saved data and request account deletion through your account page.

Your rights and international transfers

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@dailymotion.life. UK/EEA users may complain to their supervisory authority; applicable rights requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

Providers may process data outside your country. Where UK/EEA transfer rules apply, appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, are required.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies or equivalent browser storage support authentication and payment checkout. Local storage keeps your routine offline and separates device/account copies. This app does not add optional analytics or marketing cookies. Provider services may have their own cookie notices. Manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, checkout or offline saving.
